Case No. 29 of 2025, for the offence under Section 325 of the B.N.S. and Section 12 (i)(iii) of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005, pending in the court of Sri Amit Akash Sinha, learned J.M.-1st , Khunti. On 01.09.2025, petitioner was apprehended by the local villagers, while he was carrying beef. It was submitted that the chargesheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Akash Sinha, learned J.M.-1st, Khunti, in connection with Rania P.S.
