The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 50/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 386/120B of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, subsequently charge has been framed under Sections 386/120B of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Ranchi. 3. On 14.04.2024, Ormanjhi police on the basis of confidential information intercepted a motorcycle near Bharat Mala Road Construction, Ormanjhi and apprehended co-accused persons. On search, a loaded country made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor he anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Ranchi in connection with Ormanjhi P.S.
