This application u/s 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as B.N.S.S.) has been preferred against order dated 24.09.2024, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Maharajganj in Execution Case No. 269 of 2022 (Smt. Mamata Patel Vs. Krishna Nandan @ Mukesh Patel), under Section 128 CrPC, arising out of Case No.306 of 2019, P.S.- Chowk, District- Maharajganj. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and as there are huge amounts of arrears, a direction may be made to the Family Court concerned to enable the applicant to pay the arrears of maintenance in installments. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application before the Family Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today to pay the arrears of maintenance in installments, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the Family Court concerned in accordance with law. 5.
