Petitioner is aggrieved by a notice dated 27.01.2025, whereby he has been called upon to vacate the forest land. The notice is challenged on the ground that petitioner has already constructed a hospital and it would not be proper to compel the petitioner to vacate such land. 2. Be that as it may, once the petitioner has been given an opportunity to respond to the notice we do not deem it necessary to examine the matter on merits, inasmuch as petitioner has remedy of responding to the notice itself. It is also stated that a reply has been submitted to such notice. 3. Once that be so, petitioner may place all facts/materials before the concerned Divisional Forest Officer, who would pass appropriate reasoned order in the matter, within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order and only thereafter the authorities shall proceed as per law. 4.
