Saharia, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam, appearing for the State respondent. 2. It is submitted by Mr. Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor that charge sheet being C.S. No. 613/2025 dated 15.11.2025 has already been submitted in connection Tezpur P.S. Case No. 714/2025. 3. In this regard, Ms. Saharia has submitted that the petitioners had already cooperated with the Investigating Officer and their statements have already been recorded. 4. As the charge sheet has already been submitted, the petitioners are directed to appear Page No.# 3/3 before the learned trial court with a regular bail application which may be considered in accordance with law. 5. Till 15 days from the date of this order, interim order dated 03.12.2025 is extended so that they can appear before the trial Court. 6.
