PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The letter, dated 08.04.2013 was addressed to the learned counsel given by the petitioner/Chief Manager, Syndicate Bank informing that the competent authority had permitted to sanction one-time settlement to recover the dues to the bank by the respondent No.1/Accused and the offer amount was paid by the barrower i.e., accused, was produced. 2 Dr. YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.1230 of 2010 Dated 25.03.2025 2. The letter further stated that the compromise memo/withdrawal memo, if any, to be signed towards filing before this Court. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1/Accused filed a photocopy of the docket proceedings of DEBTS Recovery Tribunal at Hyderabad, dated 06.06.2013 in O.A.No.344 of 2001 stating that a memo filed by the petitioner-bank and with D1 and D2 jointly reporting about outside settlement and for closing of O.A. after recording full satisfaction. The memo was recorded for full satisfaction and O.A. was closed. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submit that the case may be disposed of as compromised. 3. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of as compromised,inasmuchasthe revision itself was filed by the Syndicate bank against an acquittal passed in favor of the respondent No.1. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________ DR. Y.
