By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 24.04.2025 (Annexure P/1) and order dated 26.07.2023 (Annexure P/2), in the interest of justice. 3 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue any other writ/s or order/s or direction/s which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 24.04.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by the C.G. Board of Revenue Bilaspur, Circuit Court Raipur District-Raipur, C.G. and order dated 26.07.2023 (Annexure P/2) passed by the learned Addl. Commissioner Raipur Division Raipur, District Raipur, C.G. are completely illegal, erroneous and contrary to the law and hence are liable to be set-aside. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has an alternate remedy by filing a civil suit before the competent court. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Perusal of record shows that the dispute is related to the partition of the ancestral property among the petitioners and the respondents. The disputed matter is civil matter and needs to be challenged before the competent court. 6.
