The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No. 44/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1903/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 17.07.2025 at about 5:00 P.M., there was some altercation between petitioners and father of the informant over grazing of cattle of the deceased in the fields of the petitioners. Altercation resulted in free- fight and subsequently after two days, on 19.07.2025, father of the informant succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that even assuming the occurrence to be true, at best, case will be made out under Section 105 of the B.N.S., 2023. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih or her successor in connection with Gandey P.S.
