Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 23.09.2025 was communicated to the learned trial court on 26.09.2025 and thereafter the Court was closed for Durga Pooja Holidays and in view of that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court within the stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered within time. 4. In view of the submission of learned counsel appearing for 2025:JHHC:36191 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 3209 of 2025 the petitioner which is also disclosed in paragraph No.4 of the present Cr.M.P. two weeks further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court. 5. Order dated 23.09.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 5410 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. 6. Rest of the conditions are kept intact. 7. This Cr.M.P. is disposed of. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
