The instant petition has been filed for seeking direction to the concerned respondents/authorities to register the criminal case against the private respondents after inquiring the application/complaint made by the petitioner. 2. Facts of the present case is that the petitioner is a landowner of specific khasra Nos. 2/4, 3/1 and 6 situated in Village Acholi, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.). In 2021, the Petitioner proposed to sell the land to private Respondents No. 3 to 6. An agreement was executed on 09.03.2021, wherein the Respondents agreed to purchase the land for Rs. 1,31,00,000. As per the agreement, the Respondents paid Rs. 25,00,000 in cash and issued a cheque for Rs. 10,00,000, and the remaining amount to be paid within 5 years. However, when the Petitioner presented the cheque on 25.05.2021, it was dishonored due to insufficient balance. Despite informing the Respondents about the dishonored cheque and demanding payment, they instead sent a notice dated 09.03.2021, alleging breach of agreement and demanding refund of Rs. 60,30,000 with interest. Subsequently, on 11.05.2025, the Respondents allegedly threatened the Petitioner, destroyed crops, and looted articles worth Rs. 1,50,000 from the Petitioner's house. The Petitioner filed a complaint with the police on 12.05.2025, but no action was 3 taken. 3. Upon due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the petitioner’s grievances can be adequately addressed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC). Therefore, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the matter. The petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for redressal of his grievances. 4.
