Heard Sri Chalaasani Venkat, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh petition as and when fresh cause of action arises. 4. Learned Additional Government Pleader for Revenue and learned Additional Government Pleader for Home are in attendance. 5. Permission is accorded. 6.
