GP FOR EDUCATION The Court made the following: 3 O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not releasing the bills pertaining to M.Book No.448/SSA/A/2015-16 for Rs.1,45,000/- for execution of works vide Construction of Kitchen shed in M.P.U.P.School at Chintalagaruvu village, Poduru Mandal and Rs.98,675/- for construction of kitchen shed at M.P.Primary School at Vaddiparru village, Poduru Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to release the bill amounts to the petitioner. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education representing respondent Nos.1 to 3, on instructions, submits that an amount of Rs.2,43,675/- was credited to the SMC Account of petitioner through online payment through the proceedings vide Rc.No.1677/B/SS/2021, dated 07.03.2022 and receipt of the said sum was acknowledged by the petitioner on 18.04.2022. 3. It is represented on behalf of Sri Y.Soma Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner that the amounts, in respect of the works done, have been paid to the petitioner and cause of action in the Writ Petition does not survive and in view of the said reason, no orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 4 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 5.
