It is the claim of the petitioner that his shop was acquired for the Tehri Dam Project, but relocation and rehabilitation have not bee properly done. The petitioner filed a representation on 28.01.2025. He seeks direction that his representation may be decided. Heard leanred counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the shop of the petitioner was acquired for Tehri Dam Projected, but he has not been relocated or compensated in this regard. The petitioner had filed a representation on 28.01.2025, Annexure 3, which has yet not been decided. Therefore, direction be issued to the respondents Authorities to decide the representation. Learned State counsel would submit that claim of the petitioner has already been decided on 16.02.2010. He has already taken benefit of the compensation and rehabilitation. Thereafter, he has filed a review petition, which is not maintainable. Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 would submit that the petitioner has concealed the material facts and concealed the fact that his claim has already been decided and he has been given compensation etc. It is submitted that there is no question of deciding representation now. Since the claim of the petitioner has already been decided, there is no question of requiring the respondents Authorities to pass any order on the representation.
