Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 449/ 2024, arising out of Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 82/2024, registered under Sections 189(4), 189(5), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 125, 126, 127, 115(2), 109, 132, 117(2), 285, 221, 324(5), 324(6), 326 of BNS, 2023, and section 3(2) (D) of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act 1984, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau at Daltonganj. It is alleged that on 15.07.2024, a bus bearing registration No. JH03Y-5971 dashed a tempo, due to which, two passengers died and several passengers were injured. It is alleged that a mob of several persons set the bus on fire and assaulted the driver of the said bus due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It was further submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- III, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
