Heard Mr. Sachin Nidhi, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. Bhupendra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. In criminal revision No. 976/2024 has been filed by the applicants with the following prayer: “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 28.02.2024 passed by the learned Judge of Family Court Surajpur, District Surajpur, Chhattisgarh, in Misc. Criminal Case No. 183/2023 in Vijay Jaiswal Vs. Smt. Sushma Jaiswal and Another i.e. (Annexure A-1) and also direct the learned Family Court to comply with the order of this Hon'ble Court which is being passed in Cr.R. No. 356/2014 in Vijay Jaiswal Vs. Sushma Jaiswal and Another vide order dated 29.11.2022 (Annexure A-2), in the interest of justice.” 3. In criminal revision No. 977/2024 has been filed by the applicants with the following prayer: 3 “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 28.02.2024 passed by the learned Judge of Family Court Surajpur, District Surajpur, Chhattisgarh, in Misc. Criminal Case No. 101/2023 in Smt. Sushma Jaiswal and Another Vs. Vijay Jaiswal i.e. (Annexure A-1) and also direct the learned Family Court to comply with the order of this Hon'ble Court which is being passed in Cr.R. No. 356/2014 in Vijay Jaiswal Vs. Sushma Jaiswal and Another vide order dated 29.11.2022 (Annexure A-2), in the interest of justice.” 4. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw this petition as the applicant/wife has already remarried. 5. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
