Mr. Y.P.S.Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is presently serving as Head Teacher in the respondent- Education Department. As per the case set up, he is due for retirement in October 2027 and is faced with certain adverse family circumstances. According to the petitioner, he is serving at GPS Serikatanda, Education Block Karsog-I, District Mandi w.e.f. September 2017, thus, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - he has complete much more than his normal tenure prescribed under the applicable transfer policy. In view of all these factors, petitioner is stated to have preferred a representation on 15.11.2025 (Annexure P- 1) to respondent No.2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
