ORAL JUDGMENT Aggrieved by the order passed in E.C.A.No.140/2014 dated 05.11.2016 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge and CEFC, Chitradurga, whereby the trial Court had granted compensation of an amount of Rs.2,11,300/-, the appellant/workman is before this Court.
2. When this matter came up before this Court, learned counsels appearing for both the parties submits that the parties have arrived at compromise and the Insurance Company has agreed to pay and the appellant has agreed to receive an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in addition to what is granted by the trial Court including the interest.

3. Considering the submission of both the parties, the appeal is disposed of and the Insurance Company is liable to pay an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in addition to an amount of Rs.2,11,300/- including the interest.
4. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed off.
5. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
