This application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 15 of 2024 under Sections 351, 457, 506 of I.P.C. and Sections 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Sahatwar, District- Ballia. 2. At the outset, Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State submits that the applicant had earlier preferred an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. numbered as 179 of 2025 (Nagir Husain alias Cheedi Alias Muhammad Najir vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) for quashing the charge- sheet dated 06.04.2024 and summoning order dated 27.11.2024 as well as proceedings of aforementioned case. The application was dismissed on merits on 08.01.2025. The said fact has not been disclosed in the present application.The present application is liable to be dismissed on this ground alone. 3. At this stage, Sri Subhash Gosain, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
