The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 79/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 313/2025, for the offences registered under Section 384 of the I.P.C. and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Khunti. 3. On 09.06.2024, rangdari of fifty lakhs rupees were demanded from the informant on Whatsapp bearing mobile no. 7644930509. 4. It was submitted that the mobile phone which was used in demanding rangdari, belonged to father of the petitioner. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused person. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner is accused in two other cases. 6.
