The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Azadnagar P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025, for the offence under Section 69 of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO at Jamshedpur. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, he refused to marry her. It was submitted that the parties were in relationship since last three years. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO at Jamshedpur, in connection with Azadnagar P.S.
