ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 02.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11069 of 2024.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the orders dated 02.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11069 of 2024 are complied with and also issued proceedings dated 27.08.2024 to that effect. Therefore, no cause survives and no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents.
Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
