Act in Crime No. 39 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2. This is the second anticipatory bail petition. An earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has six previous cases out of which, three are similar in nature. 4.
