Case No. 39 of 2025, corresponding to POCSO Case No. 13 of 2025, for the offence under Section 64 of B.N.S. and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act and subsequently, charge has been framed under Section 64 of B.N.S and Section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Chatra. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.3577/2025, by order dated 09.09.2025. Petitioner is alleged to have raped the sixteen years old victim. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
