This is an application for modification of the order dated 24.04.2026 passed in ABLAPL No. 14921 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the main petition in para-8 and para-2 of the I.A. the petitioner has categorically disclosed that he is involved in one more case being Bentkar P.S. Case No. 361 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1914 of 2025. Therefore, the condition imposed while granting bail to the petitioner that he shall be released by the Arresting Officer subject to verification of similar antecedents may be modified in view of the aforementioned disclosure. 3. Regard being had to the aforementioned, the Arresting Officer shall release the petitioner subject to verification of any other criminal antecedents apart from the one disclosed as mentioned above. p. 2 4.
