Matter comes up on misc. application for recalling of the order dated 26.09.2024 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11538/2018. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of punishment is under challenge in the above writ petition. Counsel submits that two matters were listed before this Court on 26.09.2024 and the instant writ petition was listed at Serial [2025:RJ-JP:1721] (2 of 2) [WMAP-326/2024] No.257. Counsel further submits that the counsel appearing in the item No.256 mentioned about the instant case as having become infructuous and on the basis of the mis-statement of the said counsel, the present writ petition was rendered as infructuous. Counsel further submits that the instant petition has not been infructuous, rather the cause of action still survives as the impugned punishment order is under challenge. 4. Application(s) stands allowed for the reasons stated therein. 5. The order dated 26.09.2024 stands recalled and the S.B.
