Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering with the personal liberty of the petitioner without there being any notice or crime. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the petitioners were accused in Cr.No.85 of 2025, under Section 316(2), 318(4) of Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhitha-2023 r/w 3(5) of Bharathiya Sanhitha-2023 of West Police Station, Tirupati and the Court may pass appropriate orders. 3.
