The prayer sought in the present Writ Petition is as under: “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court in the interests of justice be pleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in seeking to dispense with the services of Law Officers without making full-fledged permanent appointment unconstitutional and consequently set-aside the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.2205/2025/F4/Dt. 19-08-2025 after making it clear that the services of the Law Officers cannot be dispensed with by any adhoc appointment except by making full- fledged appointment and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 3.
