Order 12/05/2025
1. Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material available on record.
2. Petitioner has preferred instant civil writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India, feeling aggrieved by non-
consideration of her candidature for appointment on the post of Nursing Officer under SC-Divorcee Category, despite securing higher marks than the last selected candidate of her category in the recruitment-2023, pursuant to the advertisement dated
05.05.2023.
[2025:RJ-JP:19821] (2 of 2) [CW-575/2025]
3. During the course of arguments, it has emerged that the divorce decree dated 26.09.2023, on which the petitioner has placed reliance, is post to the last cut off date for submission of Online application form i.e. 04.06.2023, hence counsel for the petitioner, having instructions from the petitioner, does not press the writ petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Stay application and any other pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
