Heard the parties.
3.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 267 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 103 (1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti.
