This is the first bail application filed by the applicant under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail, as he is apprehending his arrested in connection with Crime No. 529/2023 registered at Police Station – Janjgir, District – Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 294, 323, 392, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
