Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Case No. 1154/2023 within a stipulated time. 3. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Mishra, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, District Raipur to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Case No. 1154/2023 expeditiously. 4.
