This writ petition was filed questioning the letters/ notices dated 10.08.2021 and 17.08.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent to set aside the same and to direct the lifting of lien from the bank account No.50200032782509 HDFC Bank Powai Branch, belonging to the petitioner company. 2 3. The 3rd respondent filed counter affidavit and relying upon the same, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the direct role of the petitioner’s company was not made out in Cr.No.179 of 2021 and as such it has not been mentioned in the charge sheet in C.C.No.1200 of 2023. Since there was no criminal involvement of the petitioner company, there is no further need to the prosecution case to keep the lien amount of Rs.12 crores in the account of the petitioner’s company vide HDFC account No.50200032782509, HDFC Bank, Powai Branch. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to lift the lien amount of Rs.12 crores in the bank account of the petitioner’s company vide account No.50200032782509 HDFC Bank, Powai Branch in view of the non mentioning of it’s name in the above said charge sheet.
