Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State. 3. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sector 12 P.S. Case No.83 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 2025:JHHC:32673 --2-- A.B.A. No. 5291 of 2025 303(2), 140(2), 318(4), 316(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bokaro. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners happened to be the employee of RHI Nature Wellness Pvt. Ltd. where the informant was also working. By way of Annexure-2 series, he submits that the informant has also withdrawn a sum of Rs.2,04,600/- from the said company pursuant to the work discharged by the informant as an employee. He next submits that the allegations are made of paying Rs.40,000/- for providing job by the petitioners. He further submits that no amount has been received by the petitioners and the false allegations are made against them. He then submits that by last order case diary was called for and in the case diary it has come that injury is simple in nature. He also submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.18 of the petition. He submits that the petitioners are friends of Sanjeev Kumar @ Sanjeev Kumar Yadav and there is no allegation of taking money against the petitioners and the allegations are there against Sanjeev Kumar @ Sanjeev Kumar Yadav who has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.5278 of 2025. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of taking money for providing job. 6. Considering that the petitioners and the informant are said to be worker in RHI Nature Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and Annexure-2 series is a document which suggests that the informant has withdrawn a sum of Rs.2,04,600/- on account of wages and in the case diary it has come that 2025:JHHC:32673 --3-- A.B.A. No. 5291 of 2025 the injury is said to be simple in nature and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.18 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 7. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bokaro in connection with Sector 12 P.S.
