CMP No.31481 of 2025 The present application has been filed under Section 151 CPC for revival of proceedings in Execution Petition No.518 of 2023 titled Narender Kumar Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Others on the ground that the pay- fixation was not done within the prescribed period, in view of the order dated 03.09.2025. 2. Counsel for the respondents-State has placed on record a copy of order dated 16.12.2025, passed by the Executive Engineer, B&R Division, HPPWD Dodra Kanwar, whereby the pay-fixation has been done of the petitioner- employee. 3. Resultantly, no ground as such to revive the execution proceedings is made out. 4. The present application stands disposed off accordingly. (G.S.
