Having considered the submissions and on perusal of application, after death of petitioner complainant, his legal representatives has right to continue instant criminal proceedings, therefore it is appropriate to substitute Ashok Kumar in place of deceased Laddu Ram. The petitioner want to convert S.B. Criminal revision petition to S.B. Criminal Appeal therefore looking to the prayer, same is allowed and S.B. Criminal Revision Petition is converted and treated into S.B. Criminal Appeal. 3. Amended cause title is taken on record. 4. Application stands disposed of. 5.
