(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.594 of 2023, dated 08.08.2023, under Sections 366(a), 376(d), 376(d)(a), 370(a), 370(2), 342, 506 IPC and Section 4 read with Section 3(a), 6 read with Section 5(g) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
