The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakur Town P.S. Case No. 266/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 727/2025, for the offences registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Pakur. 3. On 16.10.2024 at about 2:00 P.M., motorcycle of the informant parked outside his house was stolen by unknown persons. On inquiry, informant came to know that accused Sourabh Goswami has stolen his motorcycle. It also transpired that Sourabh Goswami has sold the said motorcycle to this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is bone fide purchaser of the stolen motorcycle. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Pakur Town P.S.
