GP FOR REVENUE 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.25279 of 2025 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue the Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to set aside the Patta No.VZG1001-62-84712E of the 7th Respondent issued by the 5th Respondent through his proceedings Rc.No.823/2016/A dated 07.07.2018, subsequently to enforce the Patta No.VZG1001-62-81892K of the Petitioner issued by the 5th Respondent through his proceedings Rc.No.823/2016/A dated 25.04.2017 by executing the register conveyance deed in favour of the Petitioner and pass such other order or orders…” 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent- Tahsildar passed an order on the application filed by the 7th respondent asserting that patta was granted in favour of the 7th respondent and the petitioner is directed to file appeal before the appellate authority. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed representation before the Joint Collector vide representation dated 07.08.2025. However, the same was not considered. 3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue for respondent Nos.1 to 5. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the respondents to pass orders on the representation filed by the petitioner. 4 5. Therefore, without going into merits of the matter, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to examine the representation dated 07.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner, after giving notice to respondent No.7, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
