Case No. 339 of 2024 dated 07.07.2024 registered under Sections 319(2), 336(3), 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 . 3 . As per the prosecution case on 07.07.2024 during the course of examination of CTET-2024, Centre Superintendent of the examination found that after two persons were taking the examination in place of this petitioner Nitu Kumari one other co-accused and who were taken into custody . 4. Considering the nature of accusation and other Patna High Court CR. MISC.
