By the present application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 19.03.2025 to the limited extent of waiving of the condition of the applicant depositing the passport as the applicant/petitioner does not have any valid passport. 2. The verification report is handed over by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Let the same be taken on record. 3. The verification report indicates that the applicant, as on today, is not holding any valid passport. It is stated therein that the passport issued to the applicant by the Passport Office on an earlier occasion had expired on 09.01.1999, and no other passport has been issued to the applicant. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that even the expired passport would be handed over to the concerned Investigating Officer today itself by the family members of the applicant.
