GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 25613/2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not issuing posting orders to the Petitioner as Assistant Pay and Account Officer-1 in the Respondent No.3 office. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant in the Department on compassionate grounds on the death of her husband V. Mallikarjunarao in the Forest Department vide proceedings dated 20.07.2013. It is stated that the Respondent No.3 had issued orders posting the Petitioner as Assistant Pay and Accounts Officer on 31.08.2017. Due to medical issues and Covid 19 pandemic, the Petitioner had applied leave from 01.01.2021 to 07.12.2023 while enclosing the Medical Certificates to that extent. After the period of leave, though the Petitioner had approached the office of Respondent No.3 for issuing posting orders, no action has been taken till today. It is further stated that the Petitioner also approached the District Collector in Meekosam programme and gave representation dated 05.01.2025, however, no posting orders are being given. 3 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the representation of the Petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 4. Having heard the respective counsel, there is no dispute that the Petitioner has been appointed as Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds and the appointments on compassionate grounds are to be treated as regular appointments. Considering the fact that the Petitioner has been requesting the issuance of posting orders since December 2023, the Respondent Authorities are directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 07.02.2025 and provide her appropriate posting orders within a period of six weeks. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
