The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No. 27/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 530/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Seraikella. 3. On 26.09.2024, Kuchai police apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from a house in village Bandi. On search a misfired cartridge was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2024. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was finally submitted that the offence alleged against the petitioner is triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Seraikella in connection with Kuchai P.S.
