While placing on record communication dated 03.05.2025, learned counsel representing the respondents states that in terms of the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, pay of the petitioner has been re-fixed from due date of regularization. He states that arrears, if any, on account of fixation of pay, shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of six months. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application and accordingly, same is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any.
