The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.306 of 2025, arising out of Hariharpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad. Petitioner is alleged to have committed murder of the deceased Birju Singh @ Tikla Singh. One witness Kashi Thakur has stated at paragraph- 58 of the case diary that the deceased was having illicit relationship with his wife. It was submitted that petitioner has confessed that he had seen the deceased in compromising position with his wife, due to which he had murdered him. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad, in connection with S.T.
