The contents of the Affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition would indicate that the Writ Petitioner has made a Representation on 01.09.2024. However, the Writ Petitioner has not placed even the said Representation record. 2. on Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar of Duttalur dated 31.12.2024. This Written Instruction is taken on record. 4. Having regard to the Written Instructions furnished by Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Writ Petitioner to make appropriate Application as per the procedure (electronically through Mee-seva Village/Ward Secretariat Services) along with proper documentary evidences before the Competent Authority within a period of three weeks from today. There shall be a direction to the Competent Authority namely the Tahsildar, Duttaluru Mandal (Respondent No.4) to consider such Application made by the Writ Petitioner in the modes mentioned above and dispose of the same by issuing the final proceeding within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of such Application. 5.
