Case No. 16 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 121(1), 121(2), 109(1), 132, 324(4), 61(2), 352 of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of Miss Ekta Saxena, learned J.M.-XXIX, Ranchi. 3. On 03.06.2025, at about 09:50 A.M., about 60 persons attacked the police party. 4. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that one of the policeman had sustained simple injury. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail and anticipatory bail by this Court as well as by the Co-ordinate Bench of this court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Ekta Saxena, learned J.M.-XXIX, Ranchi in connection with Lapung P.S.
