ORAL ORDER Upon the request and concurrence of the learned counsels representing both parties, this matter was referred to the Bengaluru Mediation Centre, Bengaluru, for amicable resolution through the process of mediation. The referral was made with the objective of facilitating a mutually acceptable settlement between the parties, in accordance with the principles of alternative dispute resolution.
2. The Bengaluru Mediation Centre has submitted a report placing on record the Memorandum of Settlement duly executed by both parties. The said memorandum,

which sets out the agreed terms and conditions of settlement, has been perused by this Court and is hereby taken on record. Both parties have voluntarily consented to the terms set forth in the Memorandum of Settlement, signifying their intention to resolve the dispute amicably.
3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and recorded in the Memorandum of Settlement, as per the provisions of Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, read with Rules 24 and 25 of the Karnataka Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules, 2006, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of in terms of the settlement. The terms of the Memorandum of Settlement shall be binding on both parties, and the matter shall be treated as finally resolved in accordance with law. Sd/- (SACHIN SHANKAR MAGADUM) JUDGE
