The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 92 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 334 of 2025, for the offence under Section 111 of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1- B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, thereafter cognizance taken under Section 111 of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26(6), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil. 3. On 23.05.2025 at about 10:50 P.M., Chandil Police on the basis of confidential information raided a place near Manikui Bridge, Chandil. On search, a loaded country made pistol and a live cartridge are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for six months. It was further submitted that co-accused Md. Arman @ Chuddi has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 10067/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil in connection with Chandil P.S.
