Case No. 100 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 65 of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 6 & 12 of the POCSO Act and Section 67A of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-special Judge, POCSO, Godda. 3. On 11.10.2024, petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted 15 years old daughter of the informant. He also took her nude photographs. Subsequently, the petitioner started blackmailing her and sexually exploited her. It is further alleged that petitioner later on made the photographs of the victim, viral on social media. 4.
