The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 20.1.2025 passed by the respondent-Development Authority whereby the petitioner was informed that the LIG Plot no. 69 originally allotted to her is not available and the amounts deposited by her against the allotment has been refunded along with simple interest at the rate of 3.50% per annum. 2. On 2.5.2025, the following order was passed:- "1. Learned counsel for the respondent-Development Authority prays for and is granted time to obtain instructions as to whether the respondent-Development Authority is ready to allot any alternative plot to the petitioner or not. 2. Put up as fresh on 23.05.2025. " 3. Sri S.C. Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent- Development Authority has placed on record a communication received from the Incharge-Property, Agra Development Authority, Agra dated 13.5.2025. The Authority has offered an alternative Plot no. 554 measuring 90 square meters subject to the condition that for additional area i.e. 30 square meters, the current charges plus 12 % free hold charges on the current rate would be payable by the petitioner. 4. Sri S.C. Dwivedi, learned counsel submits that the Development Authority will communicate to the petitioner within one week the amount which is payable by her along with layout plan and dimensions of the plot proposed to be allotted in lieu of the original allotment so that the petitioner may do the needful and the title documents are executed in her favour. 5. The offer is acceptable to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with direction to the Development Authority to apprise the petitioner of the amount payable by her along with plan of the plot and the actual dimensions within one week from today.
